if lead acid battery have a low sp.gravity then battery
said to be discharged cell, it can not supply full load to
equipments is if battery is discharged then it cant take
load

if lead acid battery is charged or say high sp.gravity then
bettery take load as per design

so when battery discharges the ratio become unbalanced and sp. gravity increased or decreased
