out then what will be secondary line voltage ?

Answer / shekhar
This condition arises open delta condition it comes into
picture when one of the transformer has some repair work
in this case the output power would be 58% of original power
voltage and current can be calculated as we do for delta
condition

If one phase of the delta/delta transformer has blown out
means one phase one, still the secondary line voltages will
be the same.

If R is blown and YB are on, the voltage output of RY and BR in secondary phase will be 1/2 the rated and BR will be at rated voltage. i.e., the voltage is applied to only middle limb and the other 2 limbs get half voltage as the R line supplying the primary is cut. So if rated sec vg is 220, in secondary, voltages will be as follows:
RY-110
YB-220
BR-110
