why ground cannot be used as neutral as ground also provides close path for current flowing ?

the ground has always zero voltage with zero resistance, so if we connect any voltage it will draw huge current. But neutral has some resistance which balance the current flow .

If we use ground at neutral it make unbalance load at distribution transformer which increase the voltage depending g the load .Low load has high voltage & high load has low voltage
