This three circuit breakers are widely used in the power distribution system for switching & protection of the distribuiton sytems.
ACB : Airblast Circuit Breaker
By using the air in tube which is using for arc quenching in side the tube.
VCB : A vaccum using for arc quenching
SF6: Sodium Hexa Flouride Gas using for arc quenching during the operation of switch .

Above answer is correct , but acb is used for voltage less than 1100 v, vcb is used for voltage less than 33kv and sf6 breaker is used for voltage above 33 kv.
