I want to use 1/2 inch SS316 tube in my high pressure &
temperature (64 kg/cm2 & 500 deg C)after condensate pot in
pressure tranmistter.

1) Is it possible to use 1/2" ss316 tube in high pressure
and temperature line.
Tube manufacturer is local vendor.
2)On sarting the plant, We need to do system fluse that
time condesate is not in the condesate pot so steam is
directly contact with the tube. We have no exact
calculation to know our tube is ok or nor at this time.

pleae,reply.

1) Tubing comes
- in different wall thicknesses and the pressure rating
varies with wall thickness.
- in different material grades of stainless steel. The
pressure rating can vary with material

Your vendor should be able to supply the rating of the
tubing as determined according to a national standard like
ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.1 Process Piping from which
allowable working pressures are calculated from an S value
of XX,XXX psi (YYY.YY MPa) for ASTM A269 tubing at –20 to
100°F (–28 to 37°C), as listed in ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.1.

A factor (different factor for different temperatures) is
used to calculate the reduced maximum pressure at elevated
temperatures.

An example is provided in the Swagelok tubing catalog on
pages 2 and 3 for their tubing (not your tubing).
http://www.swagelok.com/downloads/webcatalogs/EN/MS-01-181.PDF

You need to run the calculation for your vendor's tubing.

2) You need to refill the tubing and condensate pots with
water after the flush but before steam is applied, otherwise
the steam will damage the transmitter.

64Kg/cm2 = 910 psig
500 Deg C = 932 Deg F

A PLC is programmed to drive three motors A, B and C as follows : After running motor A for an hour, motor B should get ON and motor A should get OFF. And after running motor B for an hour, motor C should get ON and motor B should get OFF. And after running motor C for an hour, motor A should get ON and motor C should get OFF. (That is, a cyclic repetition with time period one hour) Now, the second condition is: If any motor gone faulty and is tripped, the consecutive motor should get ON and the faulty (tripped) motor should be eliminated from cyclic repetition. The remaining two motors should bear the cyclic repetition of one hour each. (For healthy motor take logic as high and for tripped motor take logic as low) Now, the third condition is: When motor A load(Amps) exceeds 60% of its rated load, motor B should get ON in parallel to motor A. And when both motors A & B are running in parallel, and if their load exceeds 60% of their rated load, motor C should also start in parallel to A & B. [Here the cyclic repetition is eliminated, until their loads become normal(40%)] [Take logic high(1) for load at 60% and logic low(0) for load at 40%] Now draw a flow chart or a ladder diagram to fulfill the above condition.
