I have no idea about struct column and not heard about it.
But I can clearly explain that stub column means the column
which comes below the plinth beam. That is the column which
starts from top of the column pedastal to the bottom of the
plinth beam.

Plaster area is 1000 sqft thickness is 12 mm so what will be the quantity of cement and sand
