Control rods are used in nuclear power plants.. in tat. continously bombarding of neutrons takes place.. if it happens, too much heat was generated.. in order to cut the chain reaction, control rods r used to block the neutrons and hence stopping the process///

who knows that in stem turbine:steam enter to impulse blades or reaction blade at first(rotor blade sequence)
