I think that HT ( high tension cable ) This cable is using
for voltage above 11 kv
and LT ( low tension cable ) are using for voltage below 11 kv

HT means high tention & LT means low tention. At any transformer high rating side is called HT cable & low rating side is called LT cable. For ex. in step down transformer primary is HT & secondery is LT
