Whereas AC is a
system which deals
with maintaining
tempreture, humidity,
quality(purity) and
circulation of air in the
room taking into
account the heat loads
of the system...

Air cooler is just control the temperature of the air
Air conditioner is control the Temperature, density,
specific heat, thermal conductivity, expansion coefficient,
kinematic viscosity and Prandtl's number for temperatures
ranging -150 - 400 oC.

When we are calculating the heat load sheets,why we are not considering the heat developed from the blood in the human body.Also both men & women can't acess aircondition in same way..women feel too cool even at 22 degree,while men can overcome that.
