All chemical properties of the OHNS steel is correct But there is a difference in explaining OHNS term.Well the correct Name of OHNS term is Oil hardened Non shrinking Steel.

chromium- .5%
tungsten- 0.4-0.8%
rest is iron

i can access command prompt in my pc. when i type cmd in run,message comes-you are restricted.contact admin. why is it so? how can acces it by just logging in as a user and not as admin.?????
