I have got selected for Aurobindo Pharma AR&D, HR person is
asking me to sign in agreement. can I join?

if any HR is asking for a Written agreement,some thing is
fishy in that company. Since HR is fearing that employee
retention is difficult,( May be due to bad work culture),
asking for a Written agreement. But These agreements are not
legally void. Since An agreement is valid only if both
parties are consent. Here only the employee is giving the
consent letter, not Employer. and you can break the
agreement any time .( Make ur HR as fools)
If any HR is asking for an agreement letter , ask them for
a clause as Employee will be retained for same time frame as
they are asking.
Better don't join any pvt company which is asking for an one
sided agreement.

Please don't join in Aurobindo Pharma which is a very worst
company in culture. If you join you have to sign in a
agreement which is not common for all. For some people it
is 2 years and for some it is 3 years. Some people get 1
lakh increment every year as per another type of agreement,
freshers will get more increment than the market status, no
work plans, those who are in mutual agreement will not work
as required.

Please don't join....
Heads are forcing ladies (employees) to resign after 9th
month.. because they have to pay 3 months maternity
this is horrible, mainly it's very bad for ladies.
harrassment... please don't join....
Many are struck here with bond... hr and hods are real
saddists...
If employees want to leave there are no options, but if
they don't want they are forcing to resign

Aurobindo Hr is very worst fellows, don't give
agreement,there is no professionalism, At that time of
joining they showed stars,if you give they do the harassment
regularly.

Good decision... Don't join... Many are inferior including
HOD's...
They want only inferior people so that those stupids will
never be dominated by their subordinates..
they torture employees... employees will start working at
6.00 pm and they ll be encouraged and get more increments...
Including HODs blackmail that they will leave...
I pity this.. one of RA HOD even received farewell 3 yrs
ago and still staying in the same stupid company because
he's the stupid one...
That's pity of aurobindo owners and employees..
Aurobindo owner is toooooooo stupid everything he earned in
the name of jagan and he want only stupid managers so that

yah i too heard the same thing from my friends who worked
there for many years.. even their farewells are very bad i
guess.. on the farewell day they talk all rubbish things
and almost evryone cry before going that's not good on the
part of company's reputation.
think aurobindo's top management are sleeping...
even the people like me who r not relevant to pharma know
more things than the management i guess..
this shows how the company is ....

Everyone should think before doing something if not caught
with .. All HODs are mere saddists.. they shout at
employees as mad dogs.. many mad dogs are there in
aurobindo.. think before you go there. if you go u r caught
by mad dogs.. recently one fresher went to depression in eu
rad. that's the situation of aurobindo.. why top level
management was not aware of all these? or they r
pretending? ofcourse they has too... as they don't have
anyoption..they are aware of all scamps but not their
employee's situation. because they don't get a free rupee
if they solve their employee problems...
