Electrical generally relates to power where electronics
relates to control, electronics can be either digital or
analog and Ohms law applies to all things electrical mainly
DC which is the supply used for most electronic devices and
Kirchoff law applies to mainly AC, the person that said
ohms law did not work with electronics should go back to
basic school and start again

we can say "electrical" instruments deal with 'Analog'
signals mostly defined by the equations of classical
physics. They certainly obey Ohm's Law. Term 'Electrical' is
associated with the typical conception of Electric Field(E)
which exerts electric Force(F) on a charge particle(q) and
it produces electricity, Where F=qE.
But 'Electronic' instruments are made to deal with 'Digital'
signals. Analog electrical signal is changed to Digital
signals ( 0, 1). They are semiconductors devices which never
obey Ohm's Law and implemented with logic gates.
ELECRICAL means flow of electrons.
ELECTRONICS means study of electrons.

Any circuit which has at least one active device is said to
be electronic circuit.
A circuit which has no active device is not an electronic
device.
Basically, Electronics deal with the low voltage and low
power(some volts and some mW)consumption circuit.
In electrical we deal with high voltage and high power
consumption(in Kv and Kw resp.)
