In a diesel generator fuel(diesel) is converted into
mechanical energy with the help of internal combustion
engine which may be two stoke or four stoke.

giving mechanical work to the alternator which transform

in diesel engine the chemical energy of fuel is converted
in to heat/pressure,which moves rotor of the alternator
through power train (piston,con'rod etc.).moving of rotor
in stator (megnetised)cuts megnetic lines of forces.due to
witch electricity is generated.
