how can I save energy without reducing the load?

You can not lower the load ,capacity, and voltage. To save
energy ,you are left with only reduction of line current to
lessen the I^2R losses.The pf of motor is highest at
full ,or nearly full load.At 35% load ,the pf is less and
hence, the line current is more than required to take the
load (HP)

by installing VFD(variable frequency drive)we can vary the speed of induction motors.at 35%load you can run the motor at low speed hence saving power
