For induction motars Reduce some number of turn with there
armeture winding and induced flux is poor. thus still motar
runing in to low speed at lower electricity.

regulator.(Insert resistance in series.)

We can reduce the supply voltage using thyristors.So, the
speed and power consumptions both are reduced.
