I guess its a typo..and instead of radio it should be ratio.
The ratio of the Kva & Kvar is the sine of angle Φ ,
considering in the power triangle the base/adjacent is "KW",
the opposite is Kvar and the hypotenuse is the representing
KVA and Cos Φ is power factor.
Power is represented in KVA and KVAR because of presence of
Power factor and Reactive power.

The ratio of KVA and KVAR will give sine value of Phase
angle. From this we can calculate Phase angle. By using
phase angle we can calculate real power and reactive power
kVAR. KVAR gives the amount of power required by the
magnetic element in the machine (Transformer & Induction
motor) to produce magnetic flux.
