which things consider when the calculate the area of the flat?..

Answer / sanjeev kumar jain

The weightage of the common areas such as passages/ lift/
stilt/ garbarage chutes/ ducts/ wall area has to be
considered to arrive at a fair SBUA.
For BUA the common amenities are not taken into account and
for carpet area , the wall area is reduced from the builtup
area.
