No. power t/f does nt have AVR but r provided with Tap
changers either onload /Offload on secondary side.
(generally onload tap changers r used)

@asmita :ur r absolutly wrong
transformers are also provided with AVR's and OLTC both.
both does the same work as regulate the output voltage
but avr has smooth operation and costly
