lamp can ignite just beause of current passed throught
filament and light emmition from it and light can appear
from it

all otherhivh poer ratting lamps are working in ac supply.
small change will carried out the flurocent lamp it operate on the dc supply

inductance, capacitance,
impedance. But u shud design
