First you have to do revoke Teco and then process the
order,other wise system wont allow..

First thing is that Technically closed is word.
Technically complete (TECO)is a status and Closed (CLSD) is a status.in case of TECO you can revoke TECO right there.

yes u can do Posting even if order is TECO.

If order is in teco status , then this order is irrelevant to mrp , all purchase requisation and planned order is cancelled for that order and capacity also cancelled for that order, first you need to do the revoke teco and process it
