As we know common emitter configuration is best to use and
this configuration is used in amplifier. and for this
configuration we have emitter common and we apply voltage to
base emitter terminal and get output at the collector
emitter terminal. That's why we only deal with base-emitter
and emitter-collector voltage, and not with vbc which is
common collector configuration of little importance. ce
configuration is used due to its high gain.

because Vbc is very small as compared with Vbe and Vce so we
can neglect it

when a pn junction is forward biased..movement of electrons from emitter to base(Vbe) and emitter to collector is sign inficant compared to electron movement from collector to base...
