In a bipolar junction transistor (take it an n-p-n BJT),,in
comparison between EMITTER and COLLECTOR ,,who has higher
negativity??

it is very large in sise it is small
(12 in sise (230nm)
it can no use some amount of it use full
selicons selicon

i think emmiter have the highest negativity.......
coz in collector the combination of electron hole pair is
maximum......

emitter is less dopped then collector because some heat is
dissipated at collector junction so we take large size of
collector and collecotr receive electron emitted from
emitter.obviously the electron negativity of collector is
high
