Calculate the Load current by KW = 1.733xVxIx CosQ
Where
- V = Voltage
- I = Current
- CosQ= Power Factor
After getting the Current we can select the cable from the
cable manufacturer's chart or by selecting the current
density(D) and using the formula
Current density = I / A
where
- I = Currrent in Amps
- A = Cross section area in sqmm
