Digital Communication has so many advantages over Analog
communication then why do we use Analog Communication
Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
Answer / vivek
because all real time systems are analog and use of digital
increases the circuit cost because of the use encoder ,
decoder , comparators etc. receiver will be high if use
digital communication and for example in the case of fm
transmission the no of users are large so the receiver
should be in such a way that it is affordable by all.
Hence analog is used

There are a number of reasons to use Analog Circuits:
1. They are less costly and have a simple circuit.
2. They are more reliable and less faulty.
3. They do not use Compression/Decompression techniques.
4. They produce exact replica of the base band signal
instead of a sampled signal which is artificial.
5. They have their own user fraternity.
6. They are user freindly and involve less comlexity in
operation.

The main advantage of still using analog systems is the
processors limit of cycling which lends to a finite
bandwidth. whereas when we are talking of signals having
very high frequency then aliasing problems occurs in digital
systems hence analog is preferred here.
