The application process for call center are;
- online examinations are done in front of the computer and these are: Berlitz, versant, mock call or call simulation, computer exam( grammar, listening skills, e-mail letter making, sometimes there's maths, logic, vocabulary or aptitude test, typing test the required speed is 30 and above), then if you pass all of these examination you'll be called back for an initial interview to final interview if possible sometimes there's panel and group interviews, and then last round is tougher than the rest, the OM or the manager's interview. Finally if you made it, job offer will be given to successful applicants. Good luck on your journey!

We can receive free educational materials and books from the school by becoming a member and paying for the basic needs of the school for reconstruction and promoting school organizations and helping the students while studying here. That's why the only privilege that we can have here is to study harder of the best of we can to gain more knowledge and experience that we mat use outside of the school. The reasons why I left my previous job, because my employers won't give us career growth, benefits and other perks. And there's no way to get regularized from within because of strict policies but that's okay. The management is poor and the work environment is not well maintained for example no ventilation system in the production area. We rarely have days off and we used to work on holidays but we're not getting much of additionalssalaries or we are underpaid. These are the reasons for my leaving from that old company that I used to work for. Now I want to work in this company first of all I've been searched for company's services, products, the job openings, your mission and vision and your future plans in for an out reach program to the community which I am very interested. The customer service provider is the position that I chose that I think it matches my criteria to be an agent. I have good communication skills and have knowledge about computers and troubleshooting and all of these areas required me to qualify. Your company offers awesome benefits that everyone can have that in other companies can't give. First of all,
Listen to the customer's problem it doesn't matter if the customer's coursing you. Just try to focus in the problem.
Identify the problem and make a resolution.
Don't forget to apologize for the inconvenience.
Teach the customer on how to resolve this issue.
Reiterate the steps and useful advice so that the customer may not able to forget the things you said when this might happen to anyone.
Ask for another service or product that the customer might find it interesting in that way the customer has the right to cancel and renew the service. But this is only for alternative solutions.
If the problem is seems to be getting worse the serrvice needs some further assistance, transfer the call to the technical team and let them assist the customer.

I've had a worse experience with my client where she has been waited for so long withher package that is expected to be arrived anytime. She called us back several times but the representatives didn't take her call. She even tried to ask for a supervisor's call but she said the supervisor isn't available at that time. I wasn't embarrassed that time bit to put someone's call up is a disservice and embarrassing for the client and for the company. What I did was I checked all the resources and I found out that her order has been cancelled and not been processed yet by someone who's in charge. It was temporarily unavailable due to weather conditions and we are not able to process and deliver all the packages of our customers at that time. So I contact the courier service to pick up the package and I can assure that the order will be delivered within a week. And for the payment method we're not accepting cheques and credit card. I've already tried applying in a bank but it has differences that's why I pushed forth my application in call centers. First of in banks help is not absolutely guaranteed where you have to go first in a local bank and avail a service that will take longer hours that makes it inconvenient and impractical. While doing it online you can just dial the number and ask for help to a customer service and they'll take charge of all your needs and help you solve your problems with the service. That's why I chose to work in a contact center to help the people thru a friendly manner and service is guaranteed.
