When measuring the Insulation resistance of a motor winding (winding to earth) using a megger meter, Applied voltage(1000V) was automatically reduced to 500V. and the measured insulation resistance values are also very low (in Kohm range) Can anyone give me a reason???
3 6117my question is Megger of cable insulation or swgr board meggerring some values in one day 50mohms,some other day checking different values(20Mohms). this tell that some person tell that that values ok. how to identify the megger value is correct. pls tell me the answer.
