In case of concrete cube test were all three molds are attached together do you cast your cubes simultaneously at the three molds every 50 mm or one after the other?

For example, a person who could be a < 18 years old last month is now > 18 years and the whole scenario fails? Do you keep updating the test data or is there another creative solution here (besides changing the system date & time which can't be done as it is an Internet app)?
