Analysis is done by 1st understanding the Business requirements and then identifying the scope to be tested.
Design is done by after identifying the scope to be tested from the requirements and then test scenarios are prepared followed by test cases and conditions.

In my Application, There are 40 MIS Reports.There is Start & End Date box and Search button to search reports.Again for Every report Print and Download in PDF, CSV and Text option is there. What will be the test cases? The test description for all the reports will be same then should I have to write it for each Report test repeatadly?
