hai i am suthahar my h1b interview date is(oct16-2008) ,i am a software enginner from coimbatore, i have complted MCA My current company experience 1.8 years I have completed BSC(2001-2004) my college time is 6-1(BSC) Remaing(2-10) i had worked as technical support enginner from csc computer center( 3 years ) ,pudukkottai I had fill application for currenct company experience ==>1.8 years previes company experience ==>3 years how to explain about my experience? and this is part time or full time (I haveoffer leter and experience leter,photos also)

Hi, My petition for H1B has been approved. There is a problem though. In my passport my name has been mentioned as VATSA TANGA. But in all my certificates and educational documents my name is mentioned as SRI VATSA TANGA. On asking the person responsible for visa process in my company, he said that I should not go for a change in the passport name, because the petition was approved on the basis of the name mentioned in the passport ie.VATSA TANGA. Please tell me what should I do now. Should I get a document from a notary saying that VATSA TANGA and SRI VATSA TANGA is the same person? Please suggest.
I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. My H1b petition got approved in July 2008.So far I havn't gone for the Consulate Interview.My employer is asking me to attend in March.Is it right time to go to Consulate Interview in March sometime, looking at the recession? H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?" I want a perfect answer for this question. 5.I had applied for F1 visa long back in the year 2007 where it got rejected for some reasons will that affect my H1B visa? 6.As my H1B approval period of three years is getting complete when should i renew my H1b?Whether i should renew it in US or India?What is this employment stat date?I can't see this employment start date on my H1B approval I-797B Form?How many years visa will be given? and don't forget to answer this " What is the correct time to go for stamping and flew to US? Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?
