Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?

Hi, Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer. And what is the duration to know whether you got selected for H1B. Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this. Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?. Is it necessary to carry all the original docs of the employer like tax returns client agreements, etc can any on help me in getting answer
