hi your mane is not mentioned..
are u sure that is the process. first we have to complete the medical and send the report to them once they receive the medical reports and verify they will give the date of joining and place. this process will take a long time.
and we have to depend on our postal service if any thing goes wrong there is nothing to do...they will give the chance to waiting list candidate.....
when can we expect our joining....

Guys be cool. Appointment letter may come next week or its
immediate next week. Government's process of recruiting,
sending appointment letter and everything are very slow. So
be with patience, let it come by any time but dont wait for
that otherwise it puts unnecessarily tension on our mind.
Enjoy every moment of life without tension.

I am Ajay Kumar from Bihar. I also cleared NIC written test
and My PI date is 7 Jan 2010.
I have some Personal Interview tips and you must have
relevent and positive answers at the time of interview.
#Tell me something about your self.
#Why does this role interest you? Or why have you applied
for this job?
Both questions are very fundamental. Your answer should be
very clear and politely. Don't tell whole history
how/when/why/who etc. Your introduction should contains,
your name, top two hishest qualifications,job profile if
you have any experience or working somewere and very brief
family background. This is the first impression. After we
should face such types of questions...
You must give interview with fully confidence and as
a "problem solver" not as a "job beggar".
Also, remember don't be over smart and angry and
overconfidence.
1)What motivates you at work?
2)Why do you want to leave your present job or why did you
leave your last job?
3)Why do you want to quit your present job?
4)Why do you think should we take you for this job?
5)What is your greatest strength?
6)What is your greatest weakness?
7)What is your greatest achievement?
8)What was your biggest mistake?
9)What qualities would you look for, if you were recruiting
someone for this position?
10)Are you ready to relocate?
11)You have stayed for a long time with your last company-
Why?
12)You have switched many jobs-why?
13)Have you ever made a mistake at work? How did you
rectify it?
14)What major problems did you face in your last role?
15)Why haven’t you got a job yet?
Also, you must revise your some technical knowledge about
web technogy, networking, and security system.
