HI ALL I AM WORKING AS A AUTOMATION ENGINEER FROM PAST 2
MONTHS IN QTP,MY QUESTION IS IF I OPEN THE BROWSER FIRST &
THEN THE QTP LATER MY OBJECT SPY WILL NOT WORK,Y IT IS

QTP object spy doesn't identify the objects in MOzilla and fire fox . QTP supports only Internet explorer objects. lets try it guys.

Not Only ObjectSpy if u try to add the object also Qtp will
not recoganise it Because QTP need Add-ins to identify the
Webapplication and this add-in will get intiated when qtp
is Opened by selecting the appropriate add-in.once qtp
window is opened u can open a browser and spy it or add-it

I'm quite new at QTP. Im doing a web-based app testing. I create something new item and a new link is created in the home page. This link is dynamic as it changes every 3 seconds. Obviously the new link is not in my Object Repo and I am trying to find a way how can I do a check or get the propery of the link I created. I can do it on keyword, but I need to do a check on expert mode, vbscript. I always get an error that is not identified whenever i try to check it (browser(b),page(p).link(newlink). Any idea?
