Version One Enterprise: Process Overview
In Version One, there are five stages to planning and
executing projects: Product Planning, Release Planning,
Sprint Planning, Sprint Tracking, and Review. For smaller
projects it is possible to skip the Release Planning stage
completely.
In Product Planning the team composes, estimates, and
prioritizes Backlog Items. Once a product backlog exists,
the Product Owner has the option of organizing these
Backlog Items into one or more Releases. Within a Release,
Backlog Items are further organized into Sprints. During
Sprint Planning's detailed planning session, the team
defines the acceptance tests and identifies all tasks for
each Backlog Item in the Sprint.
Once the team completes all tasks for a Backlog Item and
all tests pass, the Product Owner accepts the Backlog Item.
Some teams choose to close the Backlog Item at this point
as well. At the end of the Sprint, the team closes the
Sprint and conducts a Retrospective. The process repeats
for the next Sprint.

Hi All, I am new in testing field. I got an interview and the question was asked- What would be your high level test case on the following scenario. There are 2 fields one is SCORE and other is GRADE and there is a go button. Scenario is If score is 90- 100 then grade should be A, if Score is 80-90 then B, if 70- 80 then C Else F. So I told that - I will check Boundary values by giving max +1 and min-1 values. I will check the functionality is working as per the requirement or not. I will include + and - testing. But seems like my answer was not correct, obviously because I don't have much experience. So plz provide me the best answer of this Q ? Thanks in advance. Preeti
