In an interview in my organization I found most of the
students say to the above questions as they have an
interest in the software testing and this is the reason
they wanted to make career in Testing.
I don't like the answer because my next question is always
like..... This means that you donot have any interest in
development, right? , They says No. And here the candidate
cought. Meaning --- they thinks that development is
difficult and testing is easy and hence they have created
their interest in Testing. Can we create our interest in
any of the field? How one who doesn't understand the code
logic can test that application? The code is a mere a media
where logic is transfered in sentences.
So hence forth be prepare for the next question -- Why do
you have interest in Testing? Think about this seriously.
This shows ur attitude. and if any one is changing their
attitude to grab the job only then its very bad thing in
the life.
