DT is the tax which is borne by the assessee himself eg:
income tax (i.e paid by company itself)

IDT is a tax which is transfered by the assessee to the
ultimate consumer Eg: excise duty, service tax (i.e. paid
by the ultimate consumer)

Direct tax is the tax which will be imposed and collected
from the individuals and organisations basing on the
incomes and on certain amenities provided by the
organisations to the employees and guests
Indirect tax is the tax collected thru other ways i.e
imposition of excise duty,service tax and vat tax on the
products which will be consumed by the individuals and
organisations
