the basic functional requirements.
Prepare the necessary functional spec and start writing the

When you don't have requirment documents (or any type) we go to Business analysts, Developers to find out what the functionality is? with prior knowledge on this product we prepare test cases and the communication with BA and Devs is must (communication should be through mails)
