Hi, I am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US during the first week of september. I am a software programmer working on asp.net. I would like to know if the consulate people will ask some technical questions. What all other things should i remember.

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? 1. I am currently working at CompanyA in L1B visa, I am going to apply H1B visa through CompanyB in March 2013. If the H1B Visa got approved, what is the proper procedure to get relieved from company A and join company B ? Will there be any legal issues? 2. I am going to apply for H1B Visa next month. Hi, I am a software engineer. And in due time i will apply H1 visa. My concern over here is the spelling of my First name and lastname are different in SSC, Diploma and Engineering markesheets and certificates are different. Will there be an issue if i apply for Visa aned what should i do over here. Thanks

I have got my H1B stamped at delhi in Oct 2008 from company X. Due to currect market situation company X has not sent me to USA. Now i resigned from company X and joined company Y. Please let me know if its possible to transfer the H1B visa on company Y.
