i got h1b visa recently it will take overall process 2
months for me. at the time of interview i got 221 g blue
form after that they sent me a mail and asked me to drop my
passport in vfs.
after dropped my passport in vfs they will take 1 month time
for process and send it to me my passport with visa.
so dont worry about your query you will get passport with visa.

Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...

My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating to previous employer, I got only offer letter and experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont have pay slips also. I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Will this create any problem for the interview.I have the certificates for the graphics classes that i attended. IF the officer asks me then what should be the response?

My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa.
