yes it can be tested using mercury quality center by first
requirement specification in requirement module than
planning of those test in test plan based on requirement
and later on we can have those test sets created in test
lab and we can very well test it .

QC is managment too. You can write requierments, test
cases, you can upload qtp script too.
You can report defects also.
It is manual testing too.

qc used only to update the documents which v hvng in a
paper formats....
