by using karl-fischer Titration
diesel is nonpolar solvent and hence it is not miscible
with water.
water is highly polar solvent.In this titration methanol is
used as a titration media hence the water in oil is mixed
with this methanol and it can be detected voltametrically
by using karl-fischer method.
