hi iam vishal i passed out my B-tech in 2008. i have 57.4% with 8 back logs. and i have cleared my last backlog after my B-tech. how can i answer this question can any one give me some good tip plz

Hi, I am applying for US Student Visa for MS Computer Science. Here is my Score and Academic Detail GRE => 980 (Q=680, V=300) TOEFL => 65 GPA => 3.4 Now my question is that - 1. Can i get admission in any middle level Uni. with above score and GPA? 2. If i get admission then can i get visa with above score and GPA Note: I have currently i am doing job and i have 2.5 year experience as a Software Enggi. I later emailed to the students over there & got a positive feedback Visa officer: How u support Me: My parents ( I didnt mention about scholarship & education loan) Visa officer: What are they Me: My father is GM in so & so company & mother is accounts manager in so & so enterprises. Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. As they gonna remove the plates. So suggest me wat is the best answer to give the VI
I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.
Hi frnds I got admission from US university but my Toefl score expired.... Now I took toefl exam again but this time I got 60 which is less.... Now wat I have to do??
