hi,I m Kapila, My F1 visa was rejected on 24th Feb, before
that, I was rejected on 10th Dec'10. This time VO ask me
question, but I gave answer wrong, so she repeted again, &
I corrected my answer.VO'S 2nd question was which course?
3rd question was Why this univ.? 4th question was, Have u
referred any other univ.? Actually my problem is, I have
apply only one university. So i gave answer, that, no I
didn't apply any other univ. this one was the first one & i
got the acceptance with the same, After that i explained
her that, one of my friend here in India, his husband is
studying in this univ., & he also recommennd this univ to
me, after that I have serched this univ thro' the net. My
visa was rejected. I ask VO, what is the reason 4 my visa
denied, he just smile & ans me read it this letter.PLZ ans
me what sd I do? shoud I apply again in March or not?

HELLO KAPILA, I HAVE THE SAME CASE AS YOU I HAVE ALSO APPLIED FOR M1 VISA ON 4TH MARCH 2011.TO ONLY ONE UNIVERSITY I HAVE APPLIED FOR AND I GOT ENROLLED THERE I HAVE SUFFICIENT FUND TO COVER MY TUTION FEES AND LIVING EXPENSES IN US ,THEN THEY ASKED ME HOW DID YOU MANAGED THE FUND ,I HAVE ANSWERED THE QUESTION .THEN SHE ASKED ME ARE U MARRIED I SAID NO.THEN AT THE END SHE DENIED MY VISA TELLING THAT ACCORDING TO PRESENT LAW OF US I CANNOT ALLOW U TO GO THERE.THEN I AM THINKING ANYBODY WHO IS BATCHELOR CANNOT APPLY FOR US VISA.

Why don't you study this subject(masters in international finance)in Your country or in other country?
what will you do after completing your MS degree in usa,iam appling for 2nd time for f1visa,in my 1st interview visa officer asked me this question.
sir i am a nurse....i have applied for f1 student visa,for tofel study....but...they asked to me wht was your mode of study language,,,,ie english..the why u go for tofel? they told me..this time u nr not eligible for visa...and gave one paper.i asked to him sir what is the reason for rejection?they mentioned that fund is not sufficient...but they did not asked about any fund....what should i do for next application...?
i got i20 and they said i have been accepted as a conditional graduate student(b'coz toefl score is 69) and once you come here the university coordinator will give you an ESL program.i want to know about this program ... is it difficult?is there any problem to go with conditional i20 to visa?

But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. As they gonna remove the plates. So suggest me wat is the best answer to give the VI
