hi.I'm going to take my visa interview in august.I did not complected my engineering in time..It took me 4years+6months,with more backlogs.I have a total of 105backlogs with 65% in B.E. GRE with 1020.TOEFL with 80.I had my 10th & inter as 67% and 68%.Can anyone plz tell me the convinencing answer for BACKLOGS TO VISA officer

Hello Sir/Madam, I had completed my graduation in BCA from Lyallpur Khalsa College ( regular) which is under Guru Nanak Dev University and got 59% in 2009. I want to do my further studies in New york or near to new york in USA . Which course is good for me? And which college/University is best for me where fees structure is not very high ? Are immigrant parents (got green card just 6 months before) going to have negative impact in getting F1 visa when all other things are very good? (good undergrad result, test scores, very high ranked university I-20 with TA, strong financial strength in home country..)
