Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved?? My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason  - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for  ?

Hi I have joined a reputed MNC in June 2010 and now wants to travel to US for project related work. My company will be processing the L1 Blanket visa for me and under this category are there any restrictions like I have to be in that company for the last 1 year, because my overall tenure with my current company is only 7 Months.
