QA is delivering the Quality in the product including the
documents and process..

QA: QA involves with review and verification of the
requirements ans other documents, infact it starts with the
very begining of development.
QC: QC involves with validation of requirement by verifying
whether the documented reuirements are correct and
application is behaving as per the specification or not.
