Employee contributions - 12 %
Employer Contributions - 12 %
The Employer Contribution divided into two :
8.33 % for Pension and 3.67 for PF
ESI
ESI calculated from Gross Salary
Employee - 1.75 %
Employer - 4.67 %
Total - 6.5 %

For ESI EE should be contribute 1.75% on Gross Salary(Limit
Rs.15000/-)
For PF EE should contribute 12% on his Basic Salary.
Employees drawing basic salary up to 6500/- have to
compulsory contribute to the PF

What is the vat percentage for construction company
