be approached again, like using 'I understand that you are

I would politely ask the customer as why he/she is Not
interested and try to convince the customer depending upon
reason for his/her denial. It could be the any reason, say
the customer had a really bad expereince about similar
product or scheme. I will try to clear thier myths with all
the positive resources available with me

feel sorry for what he suffer from that problem.firstly i
will listen the customer and then and then only i will give
advice otherwise its totally depends on the customers. you
must have inner confidence.

if customer says no then we have to get the information
what customer needs. once we get this then we have give the
information that customer needs then we have to give our
contact number and ask the customer to give a call if
he/she needs the product. i am pretty sure customer will
call back and asks for more information.

Will once the costumer says NO they don't like it but its
depends on how you deal with the costumer by explaining to
him in complete details and giving him some option to
choose.If the costumer says NO, don't bother them or else
they might go away...What you do is to deal with the
costumer nicely and give them convincing sales talk
regarding of what you were dealing. Then if they still say
NO, ask the costumer some information of what they are
using and compared it of what you were dealing. Then
convence him that your product is more effective or it has
good quality than what they used/buy and by giving some
assurance when they buy it,like;
discounts,warranty,etc..Then give him some contact number
to call for when he/she like to get your product.
