Need of the product to customer, and customer time, facility and means of customer feedback that how it is gathered from the customer. if the product sales are high then customers responding to the product availability in the market and demand for the product, price of it also a factor to good customer feed back. Customers like to get products at nominal price, quality, and meeting packaging norms etc., are factors to get good customer feedback
