You should cretainly proceed for your PG in the same
discipline. Acquiring a Ph.D after your PG wil definitely
give you a lot of openings abroad in Research Labs.
Other options after your PG could be Bioinformatics.

In this field you need lot of patience, if you have only
then u should continue this to PG and for Ph.d otherwise
you should definitly go for MBA from a good institute
