we do testing to give bug free products, but we cant give
100% bug free products, some time we have to go with user
requirements , we check only according to user
requirements, so we wont check deeply, testing wont be
complete , we try to give 100% bug free , but we cant,
while testing if we get small bugs, from this it wont
affects to product and system and we feel its a very small
bug priority is very low then we leave that bug as it is.
so my openion is testing wont be completed 100% .
if im wrong explain me in details :)

In my opinion there can never be a bug free application, not
that major or average bug free but minor bugs are always
left or missed out practically. whatever testing is done on
an application it can only be 99.99% perfect.
The answer should be 3) NO

In my opinion, testing is to produce the bug free product.
If the testing is not meant for that, why do we test the
application again and again. In testing we find the bug and
track until they are fixed. Sometimes they find and fix the
bugs in the production or UAT and make the application as a
bug free product until the client requirement matches. So
my answer is 1- Yes. If we mention other then 1 then they
feel like we are not confident for the job.
